A secure Data Room with selected project information is available for prospective prime consultants upon execution of a Disclaimer and Acknowledgment Letter. The evaluation criteria for Statements of Qualifications will focus on the qualifications and experience of Key and Critical Personnel, as well as the proposed Technical and Delivery Approach.
