Description

The Province of Alberta is soliciting formal written proposals for the modular construction of a 20-person wet sleeper at the Livingstone Gap Fire Base. The sleeper will be composed of two 15' x 88' modules combined with a gable roof, including two decks with stairs at each end. Proposals must include detailed specifications, materials, floor plans, plumbing, electrical, construction and elevation drawings, and pile layout requirements. The completed sleeper must be delivered, set up, and commissioned by March 12, 2027.
