Description

The City of San Antonio's Neighborhood and Housing Services Department is seeking proposals from non-profit and for-profit developers for the development of new construction and/or rehabilitation of affordable single-family homes. The project should provide safe, decent, affordable housing options for sale to lower-income households at 80% or lower of the area median income. Organizations should have site control and conditional funding secured at the time of submittal. The City has allocated up to $2,500,000 in HOME and CDBG funding for these activities in the FY 2027 Annual Action Plan.
