Description

The Department of Hawaiian Home Lands (DHHL), Land Management Division (LMD), is soliciting quotes from qualified contractors to furnish and install chain link fencing and gates at the South Kohala Distribution Road property and three nearby burial site lots. The project includes installation of approximately 1,365 linear feet of 6-foot chain link fencing along the western boundary of the property, additional fencing at three burial lots (to be field verified by the contractor), and installation of associated gates. Bids must be submitted electronically via HIePRO by October 9, 2026, 2:00 PM HST. A performance bond and payment bond will be required for contracts exceeding $50,000.
