Description

The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the demolition and turnkey construction of one 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom ADA Replacement home located in Sequoyah County. The home has tested positive for ACM, requiring safe work practices as noted in the attached ACM report. Contractors must provide all necessary labor, quality control, licenses, materials, equipment, tools, supplies, permits, insurance, and supervision to complete the project within 120 work days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Late completion will incur a charge of $1,000 per working day beyond the contract end date, with extensions allowed only under extenuating circumstances.
