The City of Calgary is seeking a qualified consulting firm to provide technical, scientific, and regulatory support for the Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act (EPEA) Approval renewal and to advance its Bow River Water Quality Model platform. The project includes two phases: an independent technical review and regulatory advisory services to support Approval renewal, and evaluating and advancing a new water quality model as a potential long-term replacement. The project is estimated at $750,000 and will be delivered from November 30, 2026, to December 31, 2029. The solicitation is open to pre-qualified firms with status in Water Management.
