Description

The Ministry of Mental Health and Addiction (MHA), in partnership with Technology and Innovation (T&I), is seeking proposals for the development of a Recovery Capital Index (RCI) digital solution. This solution will serve as a standardized outcomes measurement platform across publicly funded, bed-based addiction treatment services and facilities in Alberta. The successful proponent will provide an evidence-informed recovery capital assessment methodology, intellectual property rights, licensing, and ongoing operation, maintenance, and enhancement of the digital solution. The initiative aims to ensure privacy, interoperability, and cultural responsiveness, particularly for Indigenous communities, aligned with Alberta's digital health architecture.
