Summit County Government is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide engineering design services to improve an existing section of the Dillon Dam Recpath approximately 4,800-linear feet in length between the Morning Glory Outlet and Town of Dillon boundary. The work includes selection of conceptual design elements and development of construction level designs and documentation in compliance with Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and Denver Water Dam Safety regulations. Contractors will collaborate with Summit County and Denver Water staff to ensure compliance with all regulatory, permitting, and design requirements. Experience with regulatory agencies, especially Dam Safety and FERC, is preferred but not required.
