BURA is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to retain a qualified consultant to prepare an Industrial Land Economic Impact Analysis. The study area is the geographic boundary of the Juniper Ridge Urban Renewal Area as adopted in the Juniper Ridge Urban Renewal Plan, limited to parcels classified as undeveloped and designated for industrial or employment uses under the City of Bend Comprehensive Plan and Bend Development Code.
