Description

The Owner is requesting submissions for Qualification of Contractors to be invited to tender the construction of a new 7.45 ha primary cell and a 223,600 m3 storage cell, including compacted clay liner, related structures and piping. The project also includes miscellaneous infrastructure upgrades such as improvements to existing transfer piping and manholes, perimeter ditching and grading, provision of roads for ingress and egress to the work location, site clean-up, and repair of defects for one year after completion. Contractors must demonstrate experience with municipal wastewater infrastructure projects, particularly in northern Saskatchewan and First Nation communities, and show intent to involve local resources in the project.
