The Town of Flower Mound is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms to provide Subsurface Utility Engineering and Locating Services for various projects. The selected firms will be retained for a period of two years and may be requested to submit proposals for services for approval by the Town. The scope includes utility investigation to meet Quality Levels A and/or B as required under CI/ASCE 38, with professional engineers able to stamp plans when applicable.
