The University of Central Missouri (UCM) is seeking proposals for a Student Engagement and Professional Development Software platform to support its Harmon Professional Edge Program redesign. - Government Buyer: - University of Central Missouri, Procurement Department (Contact: Mr. Robert Walla) - Products/Services Requested: - Student Engagement & Professional Development Software (quantity: 1) - Must support assignment and tracking of activities, documentation of student participation, digital badges/micro-credentials, progress monitoring, and robust reporting - Required integration with Brightspace (D2L), Banner, and single sign-on - Must meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards and provide an Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR/VPAT) - Data security, privacy, and records management compliance required - Features: ease of use, mobile accessibility, scalability, data ownership/export, administrative workflows, dashboards for multiple user groups - Services: - Implementation assistance and go-live support - Administrator training - Ongoing user support and system maintenance - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Vendor must have at least five years of experience providing similar software to higher education institutions - Written proposal, separate cost proposal, insurance certificate, work authorization affidavit, and ADA compliance documentation required - Implementation and go-live requested within 60 days of notice to proceed - Competitive negotiation process; price is not the sole factor - Demonstrations or interviews may be requested - Notable Invited Vendors (examples): - 2NDGEAR, LLC; Academic Keys, LLC; Academic Partnerships; ACCRUENT LLC; ACEware Systems, Inc.; AEFIS - Contract period and extensions to be negotiated; annual license/support expected for at least three years

The University of Central Missouri (UCM) is soliciting proposals for Student Engagement and Professional Development Software to support the redesigned Harmon Professional Edge Program. The software platform must provide capabilities to assign and track activities, document student participation, award digital badges or credentials, monitor progress toward pathways, and generate reports on student engagement and competency development. The platform should also integrate with existing university systems, meet accessibility and security requirements, and provide implementation assistance, training, and ongoing support. Proposals will be evaluated based on experience, technical competence, capacity, cost, and quality of the proposal.
