Description
The Town of Nantucket is soliciting proposals for a Town-Wide Voice over IP (VoIP) Phone System through its Information Technology & GIS Department. The procurement is conducted in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Ch. 30B ยง6. The project includes system design, development, integration, testing, deployment, training, and ongoing maintenance and support. Proposals must include technical solutions, project management plans, hardware and software specifications, training and maintenance plans, references, and pricing schedules. The contract period is from November 1, 2026, to October 31, 2027.
