Description

The Department of Transportation and Infrastructure (DTI) is seeking proposals for the fit-up and rental of approximately 1,703 square feet of space in the town of Alberton, Prince County, PEI. The space will be used for an Access PEI location to provide convenient access to services and programs for residents of the surrounding area. The rental includes interior fit-up (turn-key arrangement) meeting the program's functionality and space requirements. The contract term is 12 months starting November 27, 2026, with an option to extend, and the annual lump sum rental cost shall be all-inclusive of operating costs.
