Description
Duncanville Independent School District (DISD) is requesting proposals for vendors to supply awards, trophies, uniforms, spirit wear, and promotional items. This is a multi-award informal RFP intended to establish an approved list of vendors from which district employees can purchase on an as-needed basis. The contract term covers the 2026-2027 school year with an option for three additional years through 2029-2030, subject to mutual agreement. The district reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to accept those offering the best advantage to DISD.
