This opportunity is for prequalified contractors to provide mechanical mastication, shredding, and mulching services for the AS27-101 Big Park Road Mastication project, managed by the State of Utah Division of Purchasing and Division of Wildlife Resources. - Government Buyer: - State of Utah Division of Purchasing - Division of Wildlife Resources - Eligible Vendors: - Only contractors on the State of Utah Rangeland Prequalification List for mastication treatment and acreage - Products/Services Requested: - Mechanical mastication, shredding, and mulching services for rangeland - At least two Bullhog machines with operators required at project start - Equipment must be capable of mulching, shredding, and masticating trees (not just cutting) - GPS equipment capable of loading project areas - All labor, equipment, and materials must be included in bid price - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Pricing must be guaranteed through project completion - Compliance with federal and state regulations, including restrictions on certain foreign entities - Various certifications and business information required - Contract awarded to lowest cost responsive and responsible bidder - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Project must be completed within the specified performance window

Description

This IFB is issued by the State of Utah Division of Purchasing and conducted by the State of Utah Division of Wildlife Resources to procure mechanical mastication/shredder/mastication services. Participation is limited to prequalified contractors on the current Pre-approved/Pre-qualified Vendor list. The contract will be awarded to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor. All work must be performed between October 25, 2026, and December 1, 2026, and pricing must be guaranteed through project completion.
