Description
The Ministry of Mental Health and Addiction (MHA), in partnership with Technology and Innovation (T&I), is seeking a specialized partner to provide an evidence-informed recovery capital assessment methodology and associated intellectual property rights for provincial implementation. The initiative aims to develop a standardized digital solution, the Recovery Capital Index (RCI), to measure recovery capital across Alberta's addiction treatment services. The successful proponent will offer ongoing expertise, implementation guidance, and advisory support to enhance and expand the recovery capital measurement and treatment planning system. The contract duration is estimated at 5 months, starting from October 16, 2026.
