Description

The Office of the Child and Youth Advocate (OCYA) seeks to establish a contract with a qualified vendor to provide ongoing application maintenance and support services for three existing business applications hosted on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online platform. The contract term is initially two years with an option to extend for one additional year under the same terms. The service aims to optimize cost-effectiveness, ensure business requirements are met, minimize business risk, promote continuous improvement of IT processes, and maintain a strong collaborative relationship between the vendor, OCYA, and other service providers. The estimated contract period is 23 months, starting on October 19, 2026.
