The District of Fort St. James is seeking proposals to construct and install approximately 530 meters of 6-inch water main, 2 hydrants, 4 valves, multiple tees, couplers, and other associated parts along Resort Hill Road. The work includes excavation, construction, installation, and compaction of road base in preparation for paving. The project must be completed between September 2026 and June 2027. A potential Change Order may add installation of up to 10 residential ¾ inch water service lines depending on residents' applications.
