The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Missouri River Project Office (MRPO), is seeking a contractor to perform hydraulic line replacement and welding repairs on Equipment Barge #600 in Omaha, NE. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Missouri River Project Office (MRPO), KO Contracting Office, Omaha, NE - Products and Services Requested: - Replacement of rigid steel hydraulic lines (Schedule 160 seamless steel pipe, ASTM A106 Grade B or ASTM A333 Grade 6) - Includes two 1.5" diameter supply lines and one 2" diameter return line - Replacement of flexible hydraulic lines (SAE 100R12, USCG Approved / SAE J1942 Type A) - Welding repairs on the spud well box, including removal of lead-based paint, confined space entry, and installation of reinforcements - Complete draining, disposal, installation, pressure testing, and cleaning of hydraulic systems - Unique or Notable Requirements: - All confined space entry activities must comply with EM 385-1-1 and OSHA regulations - Certified welders required for all welding repairs - Contractor must develop on-site rescue and recovery procedures for confined space work - Compliance with safety and environmental regulations is mandatory - Total small business set-aside - No specific OEMs or part numbers are listed; pipe and hose specifications are provided by industry standard. - Quantity: One barge system (Barge #600) to be serviced.
