Description

This Announcement for Proposals (AFP) solicits proposals for the lease of land adjacent to Space Commerce Way (SCW) in Exploration Park at Kennedy Space Center, specifically SCW Parcel 3 and SCW Parcel 4 (the “Property”). The Property can be leased in whole or in part.

The Property in Exhibit A-Graphical Descriptions, is located within the boundaries of KSC. SCW Parcel 3 is approximately 40 acres where access would stem off Space Commerce Way. The Property can accommodate multiple users performing concurrent, discrete activities. SCW Parcel 4 is approximately 130 acres where access could stem off State Road 3. The Property can accommodate multiple users performing concurrent, discrete activities.

Upon grant of a leasehold, the Property will be available for lease in “as is”, “where is” condition with no warranties express or implied for a twenty-year (20-year) base term with two five-year (5-year) options. During the Question-and-Answer (Q&A) Period, proposers may request alternate base or renewal terms based on their business model for NASA’s consideration if the NASA-proposed term is insufficient.
