Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory, under the U.S. Department of Energy, is soliciting fixed-price proposals for specialized gas analysis equipment for the DUNE project at the Sanford Underground Research Facility. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of Energy - Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (Fermilab) - Fermi Forward Discovery Group, LLC - Products Requested: - Two Residual Gas Analyzer (RGA) gas analysis stations - Must include turbo pump-based vacuum system, oil-free backing pump, combined Pirani/ion gauges, Ethernet interface, venting system, needle valve for gas metering, and software for operation/data storage - Two variable leak valves - Must be equivalent to Agilant AMLV1635CF or similar - Capable of metering gas from atmospheric pressure to ultra-high vacuum with controlled leak rate to 10⁻¹⁰ Torr-l/s - OEMs and Vendors: - Agilant (referenced as an example for leak valves) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Equipment must support ultra-high vacuum operation - Software for data acquisition and storage is required - All technical specifications must be met as outlined in the procurement documents - Intended for use in the Long-Baseline Neutrino Facility (LBNF) / Deep Underground Neutrino Experiment (DUNE) project
