This opportunity is for comprehensive maintenance services for Carrier 19XRV centrifugal chillers and Variable Frequency Drives at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Air Force, 375th Contracting Squadron, Scott Air Force Base - OEMs and Vendors: - Carrier (OEM for chillers and VFDs) - Products/Services Requested: - Preventative maintenance, inspection, and repair for three Carrier 19XRV centrifugal chillers and two Variable Frequency Drives - Routine quarterly inspections (9 per year) - Semi-annual condenser tube cleaning (6 per year) - Annual shutdown and maintenance for chillers (3 per year) - Annual shutdown and maintenance for VFDs (2 per year) - Corrective maintenance (up to 40 service calls per year) - Reimbursable parts (as needed) - Maintenance includes firmware/software updates, leak checks, controls and safeties testing, lubrication system maintenance, motor and starter inspection, vibration analysis, and parts replacement - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Certified HVAC technicians with Carrier OEM-equivalent training required - Maintenance must follow Carrier manufacturer standards - Contractor must provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, and supervision (except refrigerant) - Compliance with environmental, safety, and security protocols - Contract is a Base Year plus four Option Years, with potential for a 6-month extension - 100% Small Business Set Aside under NAICS 238220 - Firm fixed price and labor hour pricing arrangements

Description

 The 375th Contracting Squadron intends to procure non-personal services for the comprehensive preventative maintenance, inspection, and repair of three Carrier 19XRV centrifugal chillers and two associated Variable Frequency Drives located at building B1900 on Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. The contractor shall provide all management, personnel, labor, tools, equipment, materials, parts, and supervision necessary to ensure the continuous operation, reliability, and longevity of the equipment in accordance with the Statement of Work and manufacturer standards.
