The Air Combat Command at Langley Air Force Base is seeking comprehensive upgrades and technical refresh of Audio Visual (AV) systems across multiple conference and VTC rooms. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Air Combat Command, Headquarters Air Combat Command, 633d Contracting Squadron - Scope of Work: - Installation of new AV equipment and system upgrades in Buildings 693, 580, and 587 - Includes LED video walls, AV-over-IP video systems, digital signal processors, control systems with touch panels, AV bridges for SIPR Teams, displays (75", 65", 55"), video wall processors, microphones, equipment racks, and AV stands - Repurposing and installation of government-furnished equipment (GFE) displays - Services Requested: - On-site training for AV system operation - One-year onsite comprehensive maintenance support for all new equipment - Notable Requirements: - AV systems must support both NIPR and SIPR networks, VTC, Teams integration, and multiple content sources - Installation must occur during business hours, excluding federal holidays - All work to be performed under a firm-fixed price contract, 100% small business set-aside - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation or attachments, but equipment types suggest potential use of leading AV manufacturers - Product Line Items: - Multiple displays (75", 65", 55"), LED video wall, AV-over-IP systems, digital signal processors, control systems, touch panels, AV bridges, clocks, microphones, equipment racks, AV stands, extension microphones, input connections, and timers - Services Line Items: - On-site training and one-year maintenance support - Unique Requirements: - AV systems must accommodate secure and non-secure communications, integrate with Teams, and provide robust conference room functionality

Description

The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, replacement equipment and components, materials, supervision, transportation, and all other items and services necessary to install the Audio Visual (AV)Technical Refresh and System Upgrades for Building 693 Headquarters Air Combat Command (HQ ACC COMACC) CR Rm 202, Building 580 Video Teleconference (VTC) Center Rooms 212, 214, 215 and Building 587 Creech Conference Center SAC/TAC Rm 122.
