OPF-S IRD/Codorus Creek Herbicide Application NEW Contractors work and responsibility shall include all planning, selection of herbicides, programming, administration and management necessary to assure that a target kill rate of 100% is achieved in accordance with the contract and all applicable laws, regulations, codes and directives. The Contractor shall perform all related Contractor administrative services necessary to perform the work such as procurement, supplying, quality control, work scheduling, Contractor financial control and maintenance of accurate and complete records and files.
