The City of Columbia Department of Procurement & Contracts is transitioning to a new e-Procurement platform to improve efficiency, transparency, and the vendor experience. - All current and prospective vendors must complete a one-time registration in the new Cobblestone Software system. - The current IonWave platform will remain active for solicitations until the transition is complete. - Vendors who do not register in the new system will not receive notifications for future procurement opportunities. - No specific products or services are being procured at this time; this notice is solely for vendor registration and system transition. - Cobblestone Software is the only OEM mentioned, as the provider of the new platform. - Mandatory re-registration is required for all vendors to maintain eligibility for future opportunities.
Description
The City of Columbia is transitioning to a new e-Procurement platform to improve efficiency, streamline communication, and enhance vendor experience. All current and prospective vendors are encouraged to complete a one-time registration in the new system as soon as possible. The City will continue using the current IonWave system for solicitations until the new platform is fully implemented, anticipated in early fall. Vendors who do not register will not receive future procurement notifications once the new system launches.
