Description

The Coconino County Flood Control District is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified, licensed firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for post-wildfire flood mitigation involving infrastructure improvements along U.S. Highway 89 within the Government Tank Flood Corridor near Flagstaff, AZ. The project includes value engineering, cost estimating, utility coordination and relocations, installation of a large storm drain system, concrete structures, roadside drainage, and possibly guardrail, handrail, paving, fencing, and hydroseeding. The selected CMAR will collaborate with engineering firms and stakeholders to complete design and construction, with work expected to start soon to address flooding before the 2027 monsoon season. The District intends to award one contract to the best-qualified respondent through a qualifications-based selection process.
