The Coconino County Flood Control District is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the U.S. 89 Flood Mitigation Project at the Copeland Basin Complex Expansion in the Pipeline Flood Area. The project involves post-wildfire flood mitigation, including expansion of detention basins, excavation, construction of flood control structures, and related civil works. The selected CMAR will collaborate with engineering firms and stakeholders to complete design and construction, with substantial completion expected by June 30, 2027.
