The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (CFTOD) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide mowing and weed control maintenance for its Rapid Infiltration Basins (RIB). The contract duration is three years with an optional two-year renewal. The scope includes mowing grass areas weekly or bi-monthly depending on the season, raking/aerating sand bottoms, pruning trees, maintaining storm-related tree issues, and spraying herbicides for weed control. The contractor must use specific equipment and herbicides and is responsible for any damages caused during service.
