Grand Prairie Independent School District (GPISD) is seeking to qualify vendors for its approved list for technology equipment, materials, supplies, and services. - Purpose: Establish a non-expiring vendor list for future technology-related purchases - Scope: - Includes all types of technology equipment, materials, supplies, and related services - No specific products, part numbers, or quantities are requested at this stage - OEMs and Vendors: - No OEMs or vendors are named; all qualified vendors may apply - Unique Requirements: - Vendors requiring access to district property (for demonstrations, installations, etc.) must provide a current Certificate of Insurance (COI) before any purchase order is issued - Detailed insurance requirements apply, including general liability, auto liability, workers’ compensation, and special coverage for events, construction, transportation, and entertainment - Additional insured endorsements for GPISD are required for certain activities - Participation in interlocal agreements (EPCNT and CTPA) is available - Vendors who responded to RFP 22-09 do not need to reapply - Services line items (insurance requirements): - Professional Services (consultation, development) - Event Coverage (insurance for events on GPISD property) - Construction and Repair Services (insurance for construction/renovation) - Transportation Services (charter bus insurance) - Performance Services (speakers, presenters, entertainers) - Subcontractor Services (independent contractor coverage) - Miscellaneous Event Services (rentals, carnival activities)
