Description

The City of Henderson, Kentucky is soliciting competitive sealed bids for IT equipment for the Fire Station, including televisions, security cameras, door access, network equipment, computers, and office equipment. Bids must be submitted to the Finance office or mailed to the City by 2:00 pm on September 22, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. The procurement is conducted pursuant to Kentucky Revised Statutes (KRS) 45A.365. The equipment must be new, meet specified technical requirements, and be delivered within 30 calendar days of the notice to proceed or purchase order.
