Description

The City of Oak Ridge is seeking qualifications from experienced Energy Services Companies (ESCOs) to develop and implement a comprehensive Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC) program. The selected firm will evaluate municipal and school facilities to identify energy conservation measures, prepare an Investment Grade Audit, develop an implementation plan, provide guaranteed energy savings, and deliver design, construction, commissioning, and measurement and verification services. The project aims to modernize aging HVAC systems, roofing infrastructure, and other energy-saving projects to reduce utility consumption, improve occupant comfort, lower maintenance costs, and extend facility life.
