Minnesota is seeking contractors to provide autobody and mechanical repair services for heavy equipment and commercial trucks used by state agencies and Cooperative Purchasing Venture members. - Government Buyer: - State of Minnesota, Commissioner of Administration, Office of State Procurement - Scope of Services: - Autobody and mechanical repairs for heavy equipment, medium/heavy-duty trucks, transit and school buses, aerial cranes/lifts, and military tactical vehicles - Includes general repairs, diagnostics, preventative maintenance, collision repair, refinish, inspections, electrical, hydraulic, welding, fabrication, upfitting, installation, and towing - Requirements: - Services must meet specifications outlined in Exhibit C - Responders must complete Exhibit D Price Schedule (labor rates, parts/materials mark-up, primary suppliers/manufacturers) - ASE or equivalent certifications required for technicians - Compliance with Minnesota diversity and inclusion goals - Ability to provide priority service for state vehicles - Services may be offered for all or selected counties; responders must indicate service areas and rates for estimates outside primary area - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors named; responders may propose alternate brands if they meet required standards - Contract Details: - Multiple responders may be awarded - Contract term from October 2026 to July 2028, with option to extend up to 36 months - Estimated annual contract value: $100,000 to $500,000
