Description

This solicitation is for the reconstruction of approximately 38,000 square yards of asphalt roadway, replacement of 4,800 linear feet of 8" and 12" water main, and lining of 1,800 linear feet of 8" sanitary sewer main in five neighborhood locations on the south side of Denton, Texas. The project budget is approximately $9 million, covering construction services, design services, soft costs, and right of ways. The City of Denton seeks experienced individuals or businesses capable of providing innovative and cost-effective solutions to meet all aspects of the project. A pre-proposal meeting and site walkthrough are scheduled, and original hard copy bid bonds with raised seal are required before submission deadline. Submissions via email will not be accepted.
