Description
This project involves widening the intersection of Ray Road and Dobson Road, including dual left turns, right turn lanes, ADA upgrades, bike lanes, sidewalk, curb and gutter, street lighting, traffic signals, storm drainage, raised landscape median, utilities, irrigation, site walls, and other improvements. It is a federally funded project using FHWA funds. The scope of work includes providing all Construction Management services in accordance with engineering design and City standards, such as preconstruction assistance, construction management, public outreach, construction inspection, utility coordination, permitting coordination, traffic signal inspection, material testing and QA, MOPO coordination, stakeholder coordination, FHWA funding compliance oversight, and review of contractors' red lines.
