Description
This solicitation is for Phase 1 of the GAC Treatment Optimization Project, which includes retrofitting one L/2 Building carbon contactor to serve as the PFAS pilot study system, restoring upflow and downflow operating capability through modifications to the existing underdrain nozzle system, and implementing a proof-of-concept evaluation for carbon transfer improvements.
