Description

The City of Shelby's Water Resources Department is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide residuals management services for the First Broad Wastewater Treatment Plant and the City’s Water Treatment Plant. The scope includes removal, hauling, testing, land application, permit support, reporting, spill response, and lawful alternate disposal of residuals. The contract term is five years with options for two one-year renewals. Proposals are due by September 29, 2026, and a pre-submittal site visit is scheduled for September 15, 2026.
