(manufacturer of TM100 enzyme remediation product) - Alternate remediation product manufacturers may be proposed with District approval - Products/Services Requested: - TM100 Bacterial Enzyme Remediation Product (preferred, alternates allowed) - Pleated MERV 11 HVAC Filters for replacement - Detailed cleaning (wet wiping, HEPA vacuuming) - Carpet cleaning with enzyme treatment - HVAC coil/register cleaning and filter replacement - Fogging with enzyme products - Routine estimates (hourly rate) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractors must be certified by recognized bodies (AIAQ, IAQA, AEE, ACAC) - Minimum five mold remediation projects for schools/public buildings in past five years - No subcontracting; all work must be performed in-house - Minimum $500,000 professional liability insurance required - Work is as-needed, initiated by written scope of work approved by District - Individual jobs may not exceed $20,000 per location; jobs over $27,500 excluded - All post-remediation testing performed by District's Environmental Consultant - Pricing requested per square foot, per unit, or per hour as applicable - Evaluation based on pricing, qualifications, experience, references, and years in business - District may award single or multiple contracts

Description

The Little Rock School District is soliciting proposals for mold and bacterial remediation services for various schools and facilities within the district. The contract will be managed by the District's Maintenance Department and is intended to establish a term contract for a period of 12 months starting November 1, 2026, with an option to renew for an additional 12 months. The contractor is required to provide all necessary equipment, labor, licenses, insurance, and fees to perform remediation services on an as-needed basis. The scope includes detailed cleaning, carpet cleaning, HVAC equipment cleaning, and fogging with enzyme products, with work initiated only upon receipt of a written scope of work approved by the Owner. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive offeror, with evaluation criteria including pricing, company qualifications, experience, references, and years in business.
