Healthcare Materials Management Services (HMMS) is seeking to pre-qualify Construction General Contractors with proven experience in emergency response, maintenance, repair, and bid/build or construction management projects. This Request for Supplier Qualification (RFSQ) is the first stage of a two-stage competitive process to gather supplier capabilities and qualifications for future procurement competitions. HMMS intends to award Vendor of Record status to up to six additional qualified proponents, resulting in a maximum VOR list size of twenty-five suppliers. The contract term is three years with two optional years, and there is no guarantee of work volume or value.
