The Regional District of Central Kootenay (RDCK) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to support the implementation of a regional Emergency Support Services (ESS) volunteer recruitment and retention campaign. ESS provides short-term assistance to people impacted by emergencies and disasters and is delivered locally through volunteer-led teams. The goal is to increase awareness, attract new volunteers, strengthen engagement and retention, and enhance volunteer capacity.
