This service agreement aims to experiment with an innovative alternative housing model where users can rent housing provided by SHDM to promote their autonomy, development, and social inclusion. Santé Québec Centre-Ouest-de-l’Île-de-Montréal – Universitaire will assign a key worker to assess users' functional abilities and a quality worker to ensure service quality. Équitoît will provide continuous 24/7 support services required by the users.
