SEPTA is soliciting sealed bids through its Electronic Procurement System for Mobile Data Terminals hardware, installation, warranty, and support. Bids must be submitted electronically by September 25, 2026, at 11:00 AM, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 11, 2026, to discuss the proposed work. All inquiries and requests for modifications must be submitted in writing at least eight days prior to bid opening. Bidders must comply with applicable equal employment opportunity laws and certify compliance with Executive Order 12549.
