Le District de la construction innovante (DCI) est un project structurant visant la création d'un centre d'innovation dédié à l'industrie de la construction en Chaudière-Appalaches. Le projet implique la construction d'un bâtiment sur un terrain de 13 320 mètres carrés dans le parc industriel de Sainte-Marie.
