Description
This solicitation is for the procurement of valves and appurtenances 16 inches and smaller for the Division of Water within the Department of Public Utilities. The procurement is authorized by Ordinance 129.25, passed by the City Council on September 21, 1992. The scope includes water system maintenance equipment necessary for the operations of the Division of Water, such as meters, manhole covers, pipes, fittings, valves, fire hydrants, and related parts. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held via Microsoft Teams on September 10, 2026, and bids must be delivered to the Office of the Commissioner of Purchases and Supplies at Cleveland City Hall by noon on September 30, 2026, when bids will be opened.
