Description

The Alameda County Sheriff's Office (ACSO) for the Office of Emergency Services (OES) is requesting proposals for a secure, cloud-based evacuation planning and modeling software solution. The solution must support evacuation analysis, scenario planning, operational decision-making, and real-time evacuation management for Alameda County OES and its Operational Area partners, including 14 incorporated cities, special districts, County departments, and critical infrastructure partners. The contractor is required to provide full implementation services including configuration, data integration, training, technical support, and ongoing maintenance. The contract duration is three years with an option to renew for two additional years.
