The Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to conduct a comprehensive feasibility and planning study for the Cobbs Creek Trail extension. The project includes feasibility study, conceptual planning, environmental and resilience assessment, community engagement, and final reporting. The study aims to close the final gap in the regional trail corridor connecting Valley Forge National Historical Park, Radnor Trail, Cobbs Creek Trail, and the John Heinz National Wildlife Refuge. The project is sponsored by the City of Philadelphia - Philadelphia City Planning Commission and requires prequalification under TCDI Category 5.
