Description
The City of Shelton is seeking competitive bids for the removal and replacement of approximately 2200 linear feet of existing bituminous concrete sidewalk from the entrance of Long Hill School northerly to Sharon Drive. The new sidewalk will be constructed with class 2 bituminous concrete, 5 feet wide and 2.5 inches thick, conforming to CT DOT Form 819. The project includes all labor, materials, tools, equipment, permits, and insurances necessary for completion. Bidders must secure all required permits and bids must be valid for at least 90 days. The City reserves the right to award the contract to one or multiple bidders and to reject or waive any bids.
