Description

This solicitation is for property management services for the Town of Drayton Valley's affordable housing portfolio consisting of 27 units. The scope includes tenant screening, lease management and renewals, rent collection, arrears management, financial reporting, maintenance coordination, capital planning, and ensuring compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act (Alberta). The contractor will also coordinate social supports and referrals for tenants with complex needs and report regularly to the Town's Chief Administrative Officer or designate. The contract period is from October 1, 2026, to December 31, 2028.
