Alberta Children and Family Services (CFS) is seeking information from interested organizations regarding the delivery of disability-focused placement services for children and youth in care under the Child, Youth and Family Enhancement Act (CYFEA) throughout Alberta. The RFI aims to understand current service capacity, delivery models, staffing, clinical supports, and innovative approaches for various placement types including community group care, medical complexity, campus-based, intensive complex needs, respite, and other emerging models. Information sought includes organizational experience, populations served, staffing qualifications, clinical supports, culturally responsive practices, placement stability, outcomes, service costs, and organizational readiness.
