The Town of Normal is seeking proposals from highly qualified, licensed radon measurement professionals/technicians to conduct testing for radon gas levels in single-family housing rehabilitation projects located in the Town of Normal. Proposals must be submitted in both paper and electronic formats by September 25, 2026. The Town will evaluate proposals based on responsiveness, experience, qualifications, references, and pricing. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received.
